PhotoTime Tuesday - Theme #43..... Discarded
Mother Nature discarded this by our little old apple tree...
in the flood plain, during our annual spring flood of the Tittabawassee River. Just took these shots today. We've had lots of wind and the flats are pretty much dry enough to walk around now. I had a tough time choosing so decided to share the best three.
The second photo is a big old log - probably about 7 feet long - that floated downstream and ended up in our back yard.
The last photo is the ditchline that runs along the north side of our property line. Lots of debris ended up here. Now that the weather is warming up we'll be getting out there to clean it up. The grass is growing already and I want it to be ready for the first big mowing of the season!
